RISE UP


Understand that in the moment that you become fearful, you become stagnated in fulfilling purpose and the destiny in which you were sent to accomplish. Fear unleashes many things in your life...it keep you from moving forward in your progression with God.  One thing that I learned in the process of understanding what fear do, I began to evaluate the reason why I was fearful. Why was I afraid of allowing myself to trust people...was it because I was molested as a little girl, and all of my defense mechanisms went into high gear?  Throughout MY childhood, and teenage life I thought it was just a phase; but in realty it was the fear of being violated again.


Do this, like I did:
  • *Begin to speak what God says about you - not the destructive things you may "sense" about yourself.  God works by faith - the devil works with feelings, meaning emotions!
The words you speak are very significant; God says that Life and death ARE IN THE POWER of the tongue.  (Proverbs 18:21)  The tongue can bring life; those who walk in love to talk, will reap the penalties of what's spoken out of their mouths.  (Matthew 12:37) For by your words you will be justified or condemned, words do mean a lot to God, and we are held accountable with each one spoken.

 CONCLUSION:
  • Don't compare yourself with no one else, you're uniquely made.
  • Focus on your strengths and not your weaknesses!
  • Never compromise your morals, or standards to please anyone.
  • Learn to listen attentively.
  • MOST OF ALL admit when you're wrong.
