STRANGE BED FELLOWS

When sleeping with the enemy, he'll never be faithful. He'll keep inviting more friends to join. Before you know it, you've slept with depression, oppression, suppression, low-self-esteem, lust, envy, strife and so many more strange bedfellows.

When Delilah flipped the script on Samson, it cost him his sight and his life. Was it worth sleeping with the enemy? Delilah kept at Samson until he told her his secret. Never sleep with the enemy because you will think you are in love and all the while they were just there to kill your future. The enemy knows how to set you up. You may say, “I want a man who is going to love me for me”, but you don’t have sense enough to know that the spirit of low self-esteem can smell you a mile away.  When that Delilah Spirit comes and say, "I will do anything you ask me to", you can rest assured that it wants something in return.

A sexually seducing spirit (seduction) will taunt and flirt with you and you may think they want you just because. Yes, they want something alright. They want what God says is precious and valuable, which belongs to your spouse not someone just passing through your life in the case of you're not dealing with your flesh.

The Philistines wanted her to tie Samson up with thongs!!! Yes, I said “thongs” and seven at that. They had to be some really strong thongs. (LOOKING SIDEWAYS) Samson lies, just show that he’s all that. He told Delilah to rope him up. Samson was already showing signs of bondage by having her tie him in rope. He said, “Bind me”. Judges 16:7 And Samson said to her, If they bind me with seven green thongs that were never dried, then shall I be weak, and be as another man.

The Lord left Samson because of his disobedience. It was then that the Philistines grabbed him and gouged his eyes out to where he couldn’t see any longer. 

CONCLUSION:
Remember...you need your vision to see, so if you voluntarily play cat and mouse, the mouse will eventually get eaten.
