Many times people often talk about leaders working in the marketplace. The Twelve Disciples had jobs too; until Jesus called them off. What makes anyone different? Love what you do and do what you love.  Getting to know me is getting to meet me the person who’s straight up real and transparent. I haven’t always been as blunt and upfront as I am. God has also showed me how to tone down my voice when needed. I’ve heard from so many people on the social network site say that ministers, shouldn’t be working in the secular world if God has called them to preach and teach the Gospel. Many don’t realize when you’re in the natural and don’t have the finances to do what GOD has equipped for you to accomplish; until then you work with what HE has given you.  I believe that you should work until you’re in the position to be in the ministry full-time. And still after you are-utilize the talents that He’s given you to sustain  your household.  Please leave a comment below to join in the

Its in the waiting that you’re being pruned, processed and purified. Not too many people want to go through the pruning stage of development; separating one self from the thing that know will stunt their growth. As you begin to go through the pruning, the next step in the phase is to go through the process of making sure, they're no extra additives added that doesn't belong that will hinder the nex t cycle in the purification process. You must remember in the pruning and processing stage there must be a purification to see if you stood the pressing and the shifting of many bumps and hits to be graded as PASSED. This cycle is always ongoing and is a must to keep allowing you to elevate in the area in which GOD has called and equipped you to move into. As you continue to grow in the way of being an effective leader many things you'll begin to adapt to.  The things that use to crawl under your skin; you see its no longer affecting your vision how you view it. Every plan given... I strategically position myself to receive the blueprints given to place me in a receiving position. Then I release what I've studied, and experienced and help others get successfully where I am personally. 💯  Understanding the blueprints that you have, no one else can implement effectively as you. You can see in others what they cannot see in themselves. Understand that in the moment that you become fearful, you become stagnated in fulfilling purpose and the destiny in which you were sent to accomplish. Fear unleashes many things in your life...it keep you from moving forward in your progression with God.  One thing that I learned in the process of understanding what fear do, I began to evaluate the reason why I was fearful. Why was I afraid of allowing myself to trust people...was it because I was molested as a little girl, and all of my defense mechanisms went into high gear?  Throughout MY childhood, and teenage life I thought it was just a phase; but in realty it was the fear of being violated again. Do this, like I did: *Begin to speak what God says about you - not the destructive things you may "sense" about yourself.  God works by faith - the devil works with feelings, meaning emotions! The words you speak are very significant; God says that Life and death ARE IN THE POWER of the tongue.  (Proverbs 18:21)
